medium to thick bluish wove watermarked "loops" paper. Typographed by the
Fabrica Nacional de Moneda y Timbre, Madrid, and issued in sheets of 170
subjects.
The stamps were issued simultaneously in Cuba, Porto Rico and the Philippine Islands and their usage in the Philippines is only distinguishable when tied with Philippine postal cancellations. |
